Church of Saint Leu and Saint Giles: Exterior, apsidal facade facing Boulevard de Sébastopol

The origin of the church dates back to 1235. Major building campaigns include 1320, 1611, 1727 and finally 1780, when underground chapel (crypt) was added. When creating the Boulevard de Sébastopol under Haussmann, the three chapels of the apse were destroyed. It was added to the historic monuments list in 1915.
