This church, usually known as Saint-Michel, is a Gothic building. It was built in two phases. The nave dates from the late thirteenth (early Gothic). In 1373, the church was ruined by Bertrand Du Guesclin during the War of Succession of Brittany; the choir, the steeple and porches (including the magnificent north porch), were rebuilt in the early fifteenth. It is commonly called Saint-Michel since the nearby parish church of that name was destroyed in 1765.
