Located in the oldest part of the city, cit\u00E9 Plantagen\u00EAt, developed in the 12th century. The church was founded on older Gallo-Roman and Merovingian ruins; in the crypt of St. Scholastica, there are original Merovingian epitaphs and substructures. It was rebuilt from 1903-1910, respecting (and adding) Gothic detail, including copying details seen on the Cathedral.
