Our institutional repository has been in active development since 2014, during which time the service has contended with personnel changes, mixed support from internal and external stakeholders, and uncertain resources. During the past year, the current product owners have examined the vision of the repository and embraced the role of maintainers, advocating for critical external needs and balancing the technical needs and costs of an aging system. In this poster, viewers will learn the high-level takeaways of product revitalization, including some methods for refining the focus of a large project, focusing developer work to yield maximum payoffs, and prioritizing usefulness. *This poster was presented at the Texas Conference on Digital Libraries, 2021*
