Comparing apples and oranges: Prioritizing digital collections

In the article, the authors discuss the process of creating and revising a prioritization rubric created to help compare digital collections while generating stakeholder buy-in. The rubric is currently a low-tech solution to help educate Hesburgh Library stakeholders on the intricacies of digital collections and gather support for the strategic direction of our collection building. This work builds on previous presentations and publications about the Digital Collections Oversight Team at Hesburgh Libraries. Published in the Biz of Digital column through *Against the Grain*
