Rate limiting interfacial hole transfer in Sb2S3 solid-state solar cells

The hole diffusion coefficient and diffusion length in Sb<sub>2</sub>S<sub>3</sub> is measured. Hole transfer from Sb<sub>2</sub>S<sub>3</sub> to CuSCN is found to be predominately limited by transfer across the Sb<sub>2</sub>S<sub>3</sub>–CuSCN interface.
