The document contains a set of classroom observation tools that were used to understand the fidelity of implementation of literacy, SEL and pre-k interventions implemented as a part of the Strong Beginnings project in Haiti. These tools were used by coaches to observe how teachers implemented activities in the classroom, and provide feedback to the teachers. The data collected using the tools were visualized real-time in a dashboard which helped the technical and program teams to understand what worked well, and what needed to improve in the classrooms in a timely manner.
