From siloed to collaborative: The effect of cross-institution workflows

While updating long-standing practices and principles to ensure robust content and metadata for both access and preservation, two case managers from the Libraries’ recently created Digital Content Oversight Team will describe their experience understanding and grappling with issues at the institutional culture level that impact the success of digital projects.
