The Kroc Institute’s fifth comprehensive report, *The Colombian Final Agreement in the Era of COVID-19: Institutional and Citizen Ownership is Key to Implementation*, discusses the Final Accord’s status of implementation in the period between December 2019 and November 2020, based on the monitoring methodology designed by the Kroc Institute. The report includes both a quantitative and qualitative view of the implementation of the 578 stipulations described in the text of the Final Accord to End the Armed Conflict and Build a Stable and Lasting Peace (hereinafter, Final Accord), which are monitored by the Kroc Institute. The report also offers a special analysis of cross-cutting gender, ethnic, and territorial approaches within the peace process. To add further nuance to the analysis, the Kroc Institute has also incorporated a temporal analysis of implementation by complementing its methodology with indicators from the Framework Plan for Implementation (PMI). This report also includes a section with a comparative view of the Final Accord’s implementation measured alongside other Comprehensive Peace Agreements (CPAs) from around the world. This is the Executive Summary, in English, of the report.
