This report summarizes the social phenomenon of Honduran migration to the United States in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic. It examines the structural causes of emigration and the repressive policies of the Countries of origin, transit, and destination against migrants from El Salvador, Guatemala, with a a special emphasis on migrants from Honduras. It also analyzes the deliberate will of the US administration of Donald Trump to eliminate * de facto, through summary deportations, the international right of asylum, refuge, and the right of "No Refoulment", resorting to all kinds of measures, and administrative and judicial remedies, such as "safe third country" treaties, court rulings, health orders, and regulations.
