The public library as a civic building would contribute to place making and serve cultural and social needs; its role extends beyond the utilitarian to become a means for education and revitalizes the city's center. The modern library should serve as a tool to develop a reading habit, connect the community, encourage the advancement of literacy and provide joyous reading experiences toward freedom and the development of society as the library emerges as the primary community information center. Thus, the intention is to design a library that will conveniently serve the needs of everyone, irrespective of the generation, by proposing a well-thought-of Public Library that will incorporate both digital and physical information.
