<p dir="ltr">Across the Midwest, depopulated downtowns and urban sprawl are major problems faced by cities. Using midrise buildings to infill empty lots in the urban core, cities can increase the number of dwelling units per acre in the central downtown area, an important factor in determining the resiliency and sustainability of a city.</p>
