In the past century, our infatuation with modernist urbanism has left our society barren of culture and devoid of spirituality. Reviving traditional urbanism and architecture following religious influence is crucial to rekindle the flame of tradition in the Bengal neighborhood. Only then we can preserve the essence of our cultural identity, build a sustainable city, and nourish the soul of our people through reuniting them with their roots and surrounding environment.
