<p dir="ltr">Religious buildings serve as vital cultural and community landmarks, preserving both tangible and intangible heritage. Many historic religious structures are at risk of neglect, deterioration, or demolition, and in recent years, these churches continue to face challenges related to preservation, conservation, and adaptive reuse due to underutilization and subsequent abandonment. This trend is likely to continue for the foreseeable future.</p>
