<p dir="ltr">Civic architecture must not be isolated from the city in single-use zones, but rather it should be integrated into the city’s fabric and daily life through its physical association with a mixture of private uses; it should also facilitate and symbolize the governing system, reflect and elevate the local built environment, and act as the symbolic center of the community for secular purposes.</p>
