    We used transmission electron microscopy, Raman, and photoluminescence spectroscopy to identify the effect of CuPt-type GaP-InP atomic ordering (AO) on the structural and emission properties of self-organized (SO) InP/GaInP2 Wigner molecule (WM) quantum dot (QD) structures. We found that the correlation of AO and SO growth results in the formation of InP/GaInP2 QD/AO-domain (QD/AOD) core-shell composites.     Lead-free double perovskites such as Cs2AgBiBr6 are gaining attention because of their environmental friendliness compared to the lead halide perovskites. In order to establish their photoactivity, we have probed the excited-state behavior of Cs2AgBiBr6 nanocrystals and charge injection from their excited state into different metal oxides (TiO2, ZnO).     Uranyl vanadate compounds with divalent cations, M(UO2)(V2O7) (M = Ca, Sr) and Sr3(UO2)(V2O7)2, were synthesized by flux crystal growth, and their crystal structures were solved using single-crystal X-ray diffraction data. Ca(UO2)V2O7 and Sr(UO2)V2O7 were synthesized from reactants with molar ratios M:U:V of 1:1:2 and identical heating conditions, and increasing the M:U:V ratio to 3:1:4 resulted in Sr3(UO2)(V2O7)2.     The influence of different SPS-based methods, that is, conventional spark plasma sintering (SPS), flash SPS (FSPS), and reactive SPS (RSPS) on the properties of Al2O3/SiC composite was investigated. It was shown that the application of preliminary high energy ball milling of the powders significantly enhances the sinterability of the ceramics.     Icosahedron and [Au25(PPh)10(C6H14S)5Cl2]2+ bi-icosahedron clusters were synthesized. Ligand exchange reactions were carried out with a new coumarin-derived fluorophore (Cou-SH) to label both clusters. Labeled and unlabeled Au25 were compared and the changes in the electronic structure were determined.
