    GaN PolarMOS is a vertical power transistor incorporating the unique polarization-induced bulk doping scheme in III-nitrides for the body p-n junction.     Abstract:

    Potassium volatility and activity in a novel K-Ca-Si-O glass catalyst was investigated over extended periods of soot oxidation. Soot was continuously deposited and oxidized by maintaining a glass catalyst-coated filter at temperatures above the oxidation balance point to provide a soot mass equivalent to 100 000 miles of engine operation.     Fluorescence lifetime imaging microscopy (FLIM) provides additional contrast for fluorophores with overlapping emission spectra. The phasor approach to FLIM greatly reduces the complexity of FLIM analysis and enables a useful image segmentation technique by selecting adjacent phasor points and labeling their corresponding pixels with different colors. By using a pseudo-witness set, we develop an algorithm to explicitly compute the restriction of a polynomial to a given line.
