 Description:
Matlab code that computes the effective point spread functions (EPSF) that results from exciting a two level fluorescence system with modulated excitation in saturation. The model is based on solving the rate equation for the two level system accounting for two photon absorption, stimulated and spontaneous emission. Each PSF is solved for every time pulse and point in 3 dimensional space in a series of loops over sinusoidally modulated excitation signals.
