As digital society transforms our lives, MEL practitioners and policy makers will need to develop new paradigms, protocols, and practices for performing in an emerging Web 3.0 landscape driven by blockchain technology. Our effective and equitable performance will require evidence-driven tools that can only result from collaborative and curated learning. This Web 3.0 Learning Agenda contributes to this learning by posing the initial data governance, measurement, and ethical knowledge gaps for the larger community to address as we build the evidence we need to move forward.
