Abstract

Airplane Mode is, first and foremost, an homage to the TV show Community, emulating a voice similar to that of main character Abed Nadir. This collection of poems spins out of my interest in shifting identities and landscapes, (mis)communication, hyper-masculinity, and narrative bricolages.
